Meat does contain lots of protein but it is also high in saturated fat. That is why it is best to limit consumption of meat and stick to the grains. Human beings were meant to be on a vegan diet.

When meat is consumed, it tends to rot in our intestines creating toxins that will spread out to the skin and this will lead to acne. So, if you have acne, its best to stick with the vegetable proteins. You may eat eggs too.
